“La pluma es la lengua del alma” ~Cervantes~ (The pen is the tongue of the soul)
Escribir no es más que otro ejercicio de la mente y del alma. No es necesariamente importante lo que se escribe sino el producto que sale de la escritura, sea mental, espiritual o físico. Con este pensamiento comienzo mi blog. Un espacio que espero me brinde pensamiento, reflexión y posibilidad de expresión. Se llama Velero porque para mí este instrumento, que usamos para navegar los mares, representa aventura, libertad, tranquilidad, viaje, sabiduría, desconocimiento, inteligencia, inocencia y posibilidad. Velero será un blog en español e inglés. No siempre voy a traducir lo que escribo pero si en cualquier momento desea el lector saber lo que escribo, no hace falta más que un correo pidiendo una traducción. Este blog es mi velero.

Writing is nothing more than another exercise for the mind and the soul. It is not important what is written, but rather the product that comes from writing; be it mental, spiritual, or physical. It is with this thought that I begin my blog, a space that I hope will allow me to think and reflect and give me the possibility of expression. I have called it Velero, meaning sail boat, because this instrument used by humans to navigate the seas represents for me adventure, freedom, tranquility, voyage, wisdom, unknowing, intelligence, innocence, and possibility. Velero will be written in both Spanish and English and while I may not always express my thoughts in both languages, the reader is always welcome to write me for a translation. This blog is my sail boat.
